# Questions, answered in one place

If yours is not here, ask it. An engineer answers, and the answer ends up on this page.

## The three we get most(3)

**Isn't AWS cheaper?**

An instance is; a stack rarely is. A small production API on our infrastructure, fully managed, costs about half of the same stack on a hyperscaler once storage, NAT, IPs and egress arrive — and we'll show you the numbers for your stack, free.

**Why don't you show prices?**

Because we'd rather quote what you need than sell what's on the page. Ask, and you'll have a number in four working hours for standard workloads.

**What if I leave?**

Everything is in standard formats. Export any time, free, within days. If your production runs in your own cloud account, it never left your hands.

## Questions about pricing(5)

**Can I mix levels?**

Yes. Infra-managed compute with a fully managed database is common.

**Do you charge for support?**

No. Support is inside the management level, not a line item.

**Is there a setup fee?**

Only for one-time work: migrations, landing zones, pipeline builds. Quoted separately, invoiced before we start.

**Can I get a trial?**

Developers: 7 days free on a managed server. Agencies: your first two sites migrated free. Others: ask.

**What happens if I outgrow you?**

We say so early, and we've already designed where you go next — usually a hyperscaler under our management, so nothing changes except the hardware.
