# Status

There is no live status feed on this page yet, and we will not show a green light that nothing is checking. Until there is, here is how you hear about anything that affects you.

## When something breaks

Our monitoring alerts us around the clock on managed tiers. When an incident affects your service, we tell you directly, by WhatsApp or email to your account contact, and keep you updated until it is resolved. After a critical incident you receive a written report within five working days.

## How fast we respond

**Fully managed**: 6 working hours; 2 for anything critical.

**Infra-managed**: 12 working hours.

**Unmanaged**: 24–48 working hours, infrastructure only.

Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00–19:00 IST. The full commitments are in our [Service Level Agreement](https://divyavyoma.com/legal/sla).

## Planned maintenance

We give at least 48 hours' notice of maintenance that may interrupt a service, by email to your account contact, and schedule it outside working hours where we can.

## Report a problem

Use the channel for your management level, named in your quote. Begin with the word CRITICAL if production is down or data is at risk. If you are not yet a client, or not sure where to write, use [enquiry@divyavyoma.com](mailto:enquiry@divyavyoma.com).

## What will be here

A public status page connected to our monitoring, with current state and incident history for Divyavyoma Infra and the managed platform. It goes live when it reports what our monitoring actually sees.
