Every line on this page is a line that appears in your quote. None of it is a marketing claim, and none of it changes once you are a client.
Jurisdiction
Why India, honestly
India's data protection law is live. The Board's inquiry and penalty powers begin on 13 November 2026, with full compliance due by May 2027. The law does not force your data to stay in India — anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What Indian hosting under Divyavyoma gives you is simpler: Indian jurisdiction over the infrastructure and the operator, no exposure to foreign access laws on our own hardware, and an engineer in your time zone when a 72-hour breach clock starts.

What we won't promise(5)
When a workload needs those, we design it onto a hyperscaler under our management and say so in writing.
- 01Unlimited anything.
- 02Five-nines uptime on our own hardware.
- 03Instant failover with zero data loss.
- 04Certifications we don't hold.
- 05Round-the-clock phone support — on any tier, today.
(Our hours are Mon–Sat 09:00–19:00 IST; 24/7 incident response for critical systems arrives on the fully managed tier when our third on-call engineer does, and we'll say so here the day it's true.)
The rest is being written.
Our full security and data-handling document — sub-processors, retention, incident process, and the certifications we do and do not hold — is in preparation. Until it is published here, ask and we will send you what exists today rather than a summary of it.
